The Oscars are the best-loved entertainment event in the world.
It’s also the biggest cash cow for the likes of Disney and Warner Bros. Its success has led to a series of increasingly contentious and controversial discussions.
In the last two years, the Oscars have been a magnet for social media trolls, and now we’ve seen the backlash.
A new research paper, “The Oscars are a great way to push out hate,” has revealed a surprising truth about the Oscars and the Oscars.
In a study of 2,000 comments on Facebook and Twitter about the 2018 Academy Awards, the authors found that more than 80 percent of people are against the Oscars, with just under 10 percent in favor.
While many of these comments were vitriolic, there were also some surprisingly positive sentiments, like this: “I love the Oscars because it’s the Oscars.”
And this: “(We) are a good people and we love each other.
This is why we are in the business.”
We can see how the Oscars can be used to divide and conquer, but it’s also worth noting that these reactions were overwhelmingly positive, with only a small percentage of comments complaining that the Oscars were unfair.
